About Dede's Designs

One thing certain in this life is changes!  Some changes just happen and other changes you make.  I made some changes in my life this past spring, and as a result, have started a business which has been “percolating” in my head for the past three years.

The idea all started when my husband and I found out we were going to be grandparents!  How wonderful and fun grand parenting is!  As a grandmother it is my “duty” and “privilege” to do special things for our grand baby.  As I began my quest, I could not find some of the baby accessories that I wanted to have monogrammed for our granddaughter.  So the search began...

As a result of this quest, “Dede’s Designs” was born.  The business is named after my maternal grandmother, who was a “Southern Magnolia” right down to her toes.  I specialize in baby accessories which can be monogrammed – heirloom linens for special occasions and soft cotton items for everyday...

Traditions become meaningful and special when passed on from generation to generation.  “Dede’s Designs” with its heirloom quality accessories would like to help you continue your  family traditions or  encourage you to start your own special traditions which will continue to share family history with generations to come.
