ORDERING INFORMATION

How to Order: To ensure proper handling of your order the order form must be completely filled out. Fax, email or mail the completed order form to Dede’s Designs.

Payment: Full payment including shipping charges must be paid in advance for your order to be processed. You may fax or email the completed order form and then mail your check or you may mail the completed order form and payment at the same time. Once faxed or email order has been received your will receive notification of receipt. Make checks payable to “Dede’s Designs”. A $30.00 bank fee will be added to any and all returned checks.

Please be sure the “Ship To” address is complete and accurate in order to ensure prompt delivery of your merchandise.

Delivery Time: Allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Return Policy: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you must notify me by phone upon receipt. You may return it within 5 days of receipt in its original condition and I will gladly refund the purchase price less shipping/handling or exchange it for a different item.

Shipping Policy: Our standard shipping is via USPS, UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground. Orders shipped via ground usually take 1-5 days to arrive, depending on location. We are located in Florida. Items can be shipped priority mail with notification at time of order. The USPS priority mail fee will be added to the total order.

Shipping Charges Standard shipping costs are calculated according to the total price of your order
(see chart below).

No shipping outside of the United States.
Overnight shipping is available for an extra charge. You must contact “Dede’s Designs” to make arrangements for overnight shipping as the cost will be added to your order.

Product prices may change without prior notification. Every effort will be made to post the new price to the website as soon as possible.
